Underground Utilities Surveys / GPR
Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) is a specialist survey method which enables the detection and mapping of underground utilities such as electricity and gas mains as well as pipework and other utilities / equipment. Accurate locating and mapping of these sub surface utilities is essential to design, build planning and piece of mind during construction, preventing accidental or hazardous damage to these utilities from occurring.

Area Referencing Measurement Reports
Warner Surveys measure premises and provide accurate Area Referencing Measurement Reports, based on the current (RICS) Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Property Measurement 2nd edition (January 2018) to investors, developers, real estate agents and advisors. We calculate NIA, NSA, ITZA, GIA, GEA and respectively closely equated IPMS-1, 2 ,3 for office and residential classes of premises.
We produce UK Land Registry compliant Lease, Conveyance Plans, showing land or property that is subject to a land registry application.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs or Drones) are responsible for a sudden shift in survey technology. The advent of high accuracy photogrammetry from a precisely pilotable aerial platform allows large scale data collection to occur without the traditional high cost of aerial surveys. Additionally the technique improves safety by helping to reduce the exposure of surveyors to higher risk locations such as rail tracks.
